Ice Rink

Ice Rink is open for Roller Skating Oct. 29-Nov. 26, 2025. 

Norwood’s Rink is located in the Pig Palace just east of the arena, and made possible by a partnership with the San Miguel County Fairgrounds.

Update Oct. 24, 2025 – boards are up for Roller season.

Ice/Roller Rink Rules:

  • All hours are Open Skate (sunrise-9pm) unless there is an event scheduled. 
  • Pick up Hockey is welcome, but only when it doesn’t interfer with other skaters.
  • Scheduled events are posted on the website Calendar: Calendar
  • All participants are required to sign the waiver and release of liability form:

Please: No skating if temperatures are above freezing or there is water on the ice.

Ice Season only: Day-use loaner ice skates are available at the rink, $2/day. Cash/honor system.
            Email: Play@NorwoodParkandRec.org if more sizes are needed.
