No Holds Bard: live Shakespeare
At the Livery & Yard, evening (time TBD)
"Love's Labors Lost" by Wm. Shakespeare -- a No Holds Bard production.
When the KING and his GENTLEMEN SWEAR to STUDY and FAST and be CELIBATE for three years (WHAT? Terrible idea!!!)..... the arrival of a PRINCESS and her LADIES promptly complicates their oaths. Forbidden fruits are the most delicious, right? Will love prevail?
What's past is prologue" (-The Tempest): Ouray's No Holds Bard theater has done amazing, original practice Shakespeare for more than a decade in Ouray. They traveled to Silverton two years ago and Delta last summer. This summer, Wide Sky Arts Collective (WSAC) is sharing the magic with the West End audience in what could be a prologue to more shows in the future. This FREE event is made possible through grants and patron donations.
Norwood will be joining the world as a stage for No Holds Bard Shakespeare on the evening of Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, on the Norwood Park and Recreation District (NPRD) Campus lawn, or, if weather interrupts, on The Livery Stage.
